If you look at our pricing for the "Lite" and "Growth" Plan, there are certain limits for the number of chat channel deployments.

For example, if you sign up for a Lite plan and you want to have 5 chat channels deployment, you can always add on an additional chat channels deployment to make it 5 chat channels in total. 

In total, we only have 12 chat channels. Add on chat deployment services is not applicable to Supreme Plan.

If you are planning to deploy WhatsApp as one of the chat channels, the answer is YES. WhatsApp will charge you directly for template messages/post-session.

It may take 1 week to 5 weeks for WhatsApp to process your application. 

Firstly, you will be asked to port your number over to WhatsApp. Secondly, you will be requested to fill in a form. Then we will submit your form to WhatsApp for approval.
